Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping to Australia
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

Customs, duties and import charges
Orders are shipped from overseas. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by Australian customs or your delivery carrier are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
